• Consent is Key: All physical and emotional engagement must occur with the explicit consent of all parties involved. “No” means no, and “yes” can always be changed to “no.”
• Open Communication: Encourage open and honest communication. Be clear about your boundaries and respect others’ boundaries.

3. Privacy and Discretion

• Respect Privacy: Do not share others’ personal information or stories without their explicit permission.
• Discretion: What happens at events stays at events. Do not discuss participants or occurrences outside the event without consent.

4. Safety and Well-being

• Create a Safe Environment: Contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment for all. Immediately report to staff if you see something inappropriate or feel uncomfortable.
• Be Mindful of Others’ Well-being: If someone seems uncomfortable or in distress, offer your support or inform the staff.

5. Alcohol and Substances

• Responsible Consumption: If alcohol is served, drink responsibly and respect those who may choose to abstain. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited at all events.
• Influenced Behavior: Avoid behavior that could be disruptive or risky to yourself or others while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

6. Dress Code and Hygiene

• Dress Code: Follow any specified dress code for the event. Always dress in a way that is comfortable for you but also respects others’ boundaries and comfort.
• Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene out of respect for other participants.

7. Registration and Cancellation

• Confirm Attendance: Register for events in advance if required and respect any deadlines for registration.
• Cancellation: If you cannot attend an event you have registered for, notify the organizer as soon as possible. Be aware of deadlines for possible refunds.

8. Follow Staff Instructions

• Listen to Staff Instructions: Always follow the instructions and directives of the staff to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely.
• Respect Arrangements and Rules: Be aware of and respect the rules and arrangements that apply to each specific event.
