This data protection description applies to InLust and the website www.inlust.fi. This description applies to all information that we collect from e.g. our website, social media, personal contact, telephone contact, e-mail and at fairs/events. We may also combine information from the various sources mentioned earlier. It is a difference in the language versions, the Swedish description applies.

This is how we handle your personal data

The personal data is processed in order to carry out and administer customer-related matters. These matters are quotations, sales of products and services and to ensure our quality.

Fix and Trix Oy Ab / InLust does not sell your data to a third party.

This is information we may store about you

  • Person and contact information.
    • e-mail address 
  • Event history
    • Previous participation in events
    • Any violation to the rules and their sanctions
  • Information about your device
    • IP address, language settings, time zone, operating system, geographic data, screen resolution, web browser

We only collect information that is necessary to be able to deliver newsletters and ensure a safe event environment.

We can also if the authorities require you to collect more detailed information, including social security numbers. This is to fulfill the requirements they have.

Storage period

We keep the data for as long as it is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our obligations to you as well as to the authorities or other statutory requirements.

Transfer of data outside the EU and ETA.

We do not transfer data to countries outside the EU and ETA except in the following cases:

  • Google Analytics (USA) – Web analysis
  • Mailchimp (USA) – Newsletter

Principles for the storage and protection of data

The personal data is stored with a third-party provider who is responsible for the security of the storage location. With this provider and service (Google Workspace), only persons named by us have access to the data with their personal login details. The supplier stores the information physically within the EU/ETA.

In the event of physical storage of personal data, they are stored with us locked and protected from unauthorized access.

All staff at Fix and Trix Oy Ab have a duty of confidentiality regarding all customer data, this has been confirmed by the person through a confidentiality agreement given in writing.

Your rights regarding your data

According to the EU’s data protection regulation, the person whose data is collected has the right to:

  • Verify your data
    • You have the right to verify your data and demand that incorrect data be corrected and that incomplete data be supplemented.
  • Revoke your data
    • You have the right to withdraw your permission for information about you to be processed in cases where the information has been collected without permission or if it is in violation of the law.
  • Delete your data
    • You have the right to have your data deleted to the extent that it is not necessary for the obligations of the registry administrator.
  • Transfere
    • You have the right to demand that its own data be transferred to another register maintainer.
  • Appeal against
    • You have the right to complain to the data ombudsman if you believe that the storage of your data violates current data protection legislation.
